HukariAscendent is a Woman-Owned, Small Business specializing in comprehensive engineering and technical support services associated with commercial nuclear power and other Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear activities.
We are seeking Project Management Specialists.
Responsibilities will include providing work breakdown structure, establishing and maintaining the project schedule and costs, ensuring control over project scope, and developing communications and reporting to the project sponsor.
- The positions will require an ability to work independently with little oversight.
- Intermediate knowledge of Project Management as evidenced by a CAPM or PMP certification, and/or 3-5 years of direct project management experience is desired.
- These position are intended to establish consistent processes that can be maintained by the project team, and is therefore of about 12 months' duration.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management or other relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience:
- 8 years directly related experience required.
- Experience with type I work planning required.
- Some experience with procedure writing required.
- Familiarity with established policies, methods, and practices of the Company strongly desired.
