Project Controls Cost 2022-616-HAINC-CF
We are seeking Project Controls Cost Professional to support the Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility (SRPPF) project.
Acting as a key resource on a project team, the role will require collaboration at all levels, including client representatives, Fluor management and functional leads.
Responsibilities:
• Strong technical experience with database tools, SQL queries and scripting
• Experience with Deltek Cobra preferred
• Must be proficient in MS Excel or other similar desktop tools that provide capabilities to collect and analyze information
• Prepare the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract
• Accumulate and compile accurate cost management data to prepare the project budget and update the progress of the project
• Develop cost control procedures, execution plan, and business plan for a project
• Participate in weekly project cost reviews and meetings
• Participate in change management
• Maintain the established project cost and prepare schedule/cost status reports
• Coordinate the review of Project Profit/Risk Analysis with management and provide status reporting
• Participate in the change management process
• Provide meaningful, accurate historical data
• Analyze data and proactively seek resolution to variances from the project baseline
• Ensure project conforms with Fluor project execution practices
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
Work Location: Remote work requests will be evaluated. Onsite preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in Engineering, Business or applicable field of study and five (5) years of project scheduling experience or a combination of education and directly related experience on Capital EPC Projects (DOE, DoD, Operating Nuclear, etc.) equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
