We are seeking an infrastructure SME to provide analysis of the alternatives identified that will meet the mission need for LANSCE Front-End Modernization/Refurbishment at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Analysis could include investigation of the feasibility of an incremental approach to replacing the front end of LANSCE, the feasibility of completing the mission at other sites (safety and security as well as infrastructure modifications needed), as well as analysis of the current LANL plans to replace the front end of LANSCE to ensure details are comprehensive including any support infrastructure, project executability, and inclusive of health/safety/hazard considerations.
