HukariAscendent is a Woman-Owned, Small Business specializing in comprehensive engineering and technical support services associated with commercial nuclear power and Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear activities.

We are seeking qualified candidates to perform the following:

Scope:

Fire Protection Engineer providing fire protection programmatic implementation support at various NNSS and NLV facilities. Deliverables include fire protection assessments, fire hazard analysis, fire risk assessments, preparing equivalencies and exemptions, design reviews, procedure reviews, life safety code analysis, system walk-downs and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

Graduate of an ABET accredited engineering program and 7+ years' experience as a Fire Protection Engineer. Department of Energy facility experience is highly desired.

Duration: 6-month contract

Location: Prefer local (Las Vegas area candidates) but are open to remote work with travel as needed.
