HukariAscendent is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business specializing in comprehensive engineering and technical support services associated with commercial nuclear power and other Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear activities.
HukariAscendent is looking for a Senior Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME) on 413.3B requirements for startup and commissioning of current or recent DOE large capital line item projects ( typically TPC of ~$1B or greater).
Candidate will act as commissioning agent for the UCEP construction line item project, to include identification and preparation of plans and procedures to meet 413.3b requirements in the areas of startup and commissioning. Coordinate between the UCEP project, the facility, and the ASD project to determine handoff requirements. Coordinate with MSTS Readiness group to determine the extent of readiness required for the project. Develop a detailed schedule for all startup and commission documents and activities to be included in the baseline integrated schedule.
The period of performance: 6 months, starting March 2020.
